Shoulders/elbow rehab

Bench:

3x15 @ 50 pounds

Band Triceps pushdowns:

3x a shit load @ mini band

Shoulder circuit:

Lateral raises, 12 reps
Front raises, 12 reps
OHP, 12 reps


3 circuits @ 15 pounds. this one burns

  1. Must admit I haven't followed your log much. Cliffs on diagnosis of your shoulder and time-frame? I may have a suggestion or two depending on what's going on.

  2. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU this same mistake happened in my log too. This workout was Shoulder day *and* elbow rehab. Not shoulder and elbow rehab (i.e. rehab for both of them). I'm only trying to fix up my elbow.


    It actually feels real good today. That's new. Read down to the second or so post in this blog to get the whole story on my elbow.
